This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, plan changes, and refund requests are handled for users of WillInfoBot (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms described below.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Deleting your account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Users must complete the cancellation process either within their account settings or through the platform from which the purchase was made (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Refund Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments made for subscriptions, upgrades, or digital services are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
However, we may review refund requests in limited situations, such as:
Accidental duplicate transactions
Unauthorized payments
Technical errors that prevented access to the service
Billing mistakes attributable to us
Refund requests must typically be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
App Store Purchases
If your subscription or purchase was made through a third-party marketplace such as an app store, refunds are handled according to that store’s billing policies. We may not have the authority to issue refunds directly in such cases, and you may need to contact the store provider.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Plan Changes and Upgrades
If you upgrade your subscription, new charges may apply immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on how the change is processed. Downgrades or cancellations will typically take effect after the current paid period ends.
Termination by Us
If we suspend or terminate your account due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, you may not be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
